1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the win2day platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form the complete agreement between you and win2day ("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply to all services offered through win2day, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, slot games, and all associated payment, account management, and customer support services.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that party.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the win2day Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as governed by applicable Philippine gaming regulations. win2day strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process.
2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager or accessing any game. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of win2day or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by win2day or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) win2day account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

win2day conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
• Source of funds declaration for high-value accounts as required by AMLC regulations

win2day reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win2day login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords ("OTPs") sent to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

win2day will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from win2day that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your win2day account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified win2day of unauthorized access. win2day shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact win2day support immediately via live chat to request an emergency account lock. win2day will investigate all reported security incidents as a priority matter.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

win2day accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your win2day account balance in real time for e-wallet methods and within standard banking hours for bank transfers.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

win2day does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside win2day's control.

win2day reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Such requests may be subject to additional documentation requirements and processing delays.

All transactions on the win2day Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). win2day does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

win2day offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• win2day reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

7. Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the win2day Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the result recorded in win2day's server logs shall be the definitive record.

win2day uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all non-live casino games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play.

win2day reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed interruption has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance. win2day shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions.

Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by win2day's system, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked. win2day reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts at its sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win2day Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and win2day's prior written approval
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended)
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or win2day employees to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with sports betting markets
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing win2day staff or other players through any communication channel

9. Responsible Gaming

win2day is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account settings section of the Platform.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, win2day will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, including blocking login attempts and suppressing marketing communications. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the win2day Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of win2day or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without win2day's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win2day, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

win2day's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win2day account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. win2day makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude win2day's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination & Suspension

win2day reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if win2day reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination for cause, win2day may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, win2day may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your win2day account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the win2day Platform, you agree to first contact win2day's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. win2day will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. win2day also cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable to licensed gaming operations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

win2day reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, win2day will notify registered users via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
